| 1:34.0 | a quality, a talent, an ability. If there's no one to your left, the person in front of you, no one in front of you, |
| 1:39.0 | the person behind you. Don't look. What would that be? Something remarkable about that person. |
| 1:47.0 | And now send them blessings. You only knew the power of your love and your blessings and send them blessings. |
| 1:56.0 | Excellent. Keeping your eyes closed. Now focus on the person to your right. If there's no one to your right, |
| 2:02.0 | the person in front of you or the person behind you. |
| 2:06.0 | And if you knew something remarkable about that person, what might it be? Just whatever comes to you. Just make it up. |
| 2:13.0 | Be open to it. What might it be? And now send blessings to that person. |
| 2:21.0 | Just blessings for miracles in his or her life. Blessings for their future. Blessings and love. |
| 2:30.0 | Doesn't matter if you don't know them or if you do know them, just send blessings. |
