Hi, this is Denise Lynn. And this meditation is for you to step into even more abundance, even more of prosperity in your life.

There's several parts to this meditation.

The first part will be allowing you to feel abundant now.

The second part is to meet the spirit of money, for money is indeed an energy

and you can connect with that energy even more deeply.

The third part is to visualize, sense, and create your future

as an abundant and prosperous being. To begin this meditation, take a very deep breath and as you exhale

exhaling now allow yourself to relax and let go. You are safe. safe. With every sound you hear and breath you take you find yourself sinking even deeper, letting go even more.

The muscles in your shoulders relaxing.

Those small muscles around your eyes relaxing.

It's so much easier to make changes in life

when you begin to work with the subconscious mind.
