as she did 20 years ago when she won her Olympic gold medal for the heptathlon in Sydney.

Denise Lewis is a supreme athlete, a BBC favorite on our athletics coverage and shows like

Strictly Come Dancing, and a mother of four children from 18 months to 18 years. She's pretty good at juggling. She's the daughter of a

windrush migrant. Her mom brought her up on her own in Birmingham in a time when there was no movement

called Black Lives Matter. It was a tough start to life. I was already desperate to get her on this

podcast to talk about having a baby in your late 40s and then she went and rode the

length of Britain for a challenge. So I decided to re-record the whole thing. You kind of can't ignore that can you.
