I want to start with a $6 billion gift that Joe Biden gave to the mullers.

And I want you to go through if you could.

First of all, something we've talked a lot about, which is fungibility.

But also talk about this idea that they can only spend it on certain things

and why it's such a ludicrous notion.

Well, even a child understands, as you mentioned, fungibility.

It's not the very notion that $1 needs to go to that specific dollar needs to go to terrorism

...
