0:51.8	We've actually gotten some good news from the Senate floor.
0:53.8	We got another piece of good news on Monday and this is because the Senate tried to advance
1:00.4	what they call the Women's Health Protection Act, but what the Women's Health Protection Act
1:06.0	would have really done was to force every state to allow abortions for any reason until
1:11.2	at least the point of viability generally defined around six months into a pregnancy
1:15.4	and ban most restrictions on abortion up to the point of birth.
1:18.4	So any state regulation that exists, any state regulation that states would want to put in
1:23.5	place, and obviously this is in part in response to what we're seeing out of Texas and
1:28.5	and Mississippi, Georgia and other places that have had heartbeat bills and so forth.
