country's security, its safety, its stability, stopping the flow of expenditures that are going to radical things.

50 million for condoms in Gaza, $181 million for DDI training contracts.

I mean, I want to know who those people were and how much they got paid.

Now, the White House is saying they believe that many of these programs are nothing more than

money laundering and that the American government has been running the largest
