Welcome back to the Dershow. We're going to spend most of the time today talking about

0:07.2

recent efforts by progressives to take over the United States Supreme Court by packing

0:13.0

it with progressives during the Biden administration. We'll get to that in a minute, but there

0:20.4

was a major development today in the Donald Trump civil case involving rape charges and

0:28.8

defamation charges. I'm pretty proud of the predictions I've made generally, and so I'm

0:36.3

going to go on a limb and make a prediction here. Based on what I've seen in New Development

0:44.3

is that Takapino, the lawyer for Trump has said he's not putting on a defense, he's not putting

0:49.4

on witnesses, he's not putting on experts, he's not putting on exhibits. He's going to depend

0:56.3

on his cross-examination essentially of the witnesses for the plaintiff. Now, in one sense,

1:03.4

close to 30 years ago? It's very hard to make a defense based on something that not only happened

1:22.2

30 years ago, but the accuser doesn't remember what year it happened, or what month it happened.

1:29.8

She remembered she thought the day of the week, but awfully hard to mount a defense. I mean,

1:38.3

I don't know what happened in that room, and I'm not here to tell you that I think he did it

1:42.6

or didn't do it. I'm just here to evaluate the evidence, but what if they were able to come up with

1:50.2

the day, and Trump could prove he was in Florida that day, or in Europe that day, he's in Scotland,

1:57.2

now, with his golf courses, he might be there. But very hard to make a defense against an accusation

2:04.7

that's as vague in terms of timing. It wasn't vague at all in terms of the specific allegations,

2:12.3

but the jurors, first of all, who are the jurors? We don't know. All right, that's okay. There are

2:20.9

many cases in which jurors are anonymous. That is, the public doesn't know who they are,

2:27.8

but here, Donald Trump's lawyers apparently don't know who they are. How do you picture us?

2:34.6

When I have a case, I do extensive amount of research on the jurors. I find out
