Latisha James says that she is prepared to seize Donald Trump's buildings if he can't pay his

$354 million civil fraud fine. What's missing from much of these headlines in the

context here is that Donald Trump actually owes an additional $100 million more outside of the fine.

He was ordered to pay interest on what he should have owed.

The question is to who? There's no victim. The banks who

lent him the money were happy to do it. They said he did a good job and they made a

lot of money. So why is this happening? At the same time we are learning this. Forbes is reporting

that Donald Trump must pay an additional $87,500 per day in interest from the fraud ruling. You see exactly where we are. We

talk about this last night on Tim Kast IRL, but I think it warrants a much

deeper dive and conversation that I would like to have. I predicted this. I wasn't the only

one to predict it, but I felt this was the obvious course of action. When you saw the pieces they had lined up.

Think of it like a chess game.

and you can reasonably predict it looks like they're trying

to pull out their queen early. I think if they do,

here's the move they'd make. It's that simple. They said that Maralago was
