explosion in Ohio killing animals, and the 2024 presidential field is taking shape with a few new

candidates. Nikki Haley made her announcement, I guess, a day early during the show. We do cover that

It does come up on this show, but we mentioned a couple new candidates who are probably going to jump in and more in the opening of the broadcast.

Our guest today is James Lawrence.

He's an attorney who does a lot of important work defending people on free speech cases. He had a pretty big win with a huge settlement, allegedly,

a huge, but definitely a settlement with Alex Berenson and Twitter. And he's representing a guy

named Douglas Mackey, who you might recall as Ricky Vaughn 99 on Twitter, who was a very popular

memester who got thrown off the platform and actually is now on the brink of 10 years in prison

for an election meme making fun of Hillary Clinton and her voters. The Democrat elite are trying

to put him away for making fun of Hillary and they're claiming election interference. It's

really horrifying high-stakes stuff and we get all the details in the interview.
