Six candidates will be on tonight's debate stage. With the Iowa Caucuses less than three weeks away, the race between the Democrats is getting more tense. FOX News Political Analyst Juan Williams previews what we might see tonight. New York is the latest state to stop using cash bail to get people to return to court. Supporters of the law say it makes it fair for poor people who cannot afford to pay their bail and are stuck in jail until the court date.
