Democrats raised and spent a billion dollars in this election cycle.

How much of that went toward some permanent messaging distribution system?

How much of that are Democrats going to see in this month, December of an election year,

that we can then sit down and do the work in December and then January of 25, February, March, April, May,

all these months where we're not actually running for reelection right now.

How much of that money went to building up that distribution system?

None of it.
