And it's done. Virginia has conceded without Virginia in the redistricting race, the Democrats

cannot defeat the Republicans in the redistricting war. This means that four seats that would

have gone to the Democrats and been lost by the Republicans are no longer in play, giving the Republicans

right now a plus nine net gain.

This means Democrats have lost nine votes, creating an 18-seat swing for the Republicans.

Spanberger concedes defeat on redistricting and says 2026 elections will use the old map.

McCabella Harris, of course, she's come out and she said, fight fire with fire,

abolish the electoral college, pack the courts.

So we know this is an existential threat.

Now, I love this.

I love this scenario.

Listen, it's a conflict. It's a cultural,

civil war. Call it whatever you want. Republicans want to gain as many such as possible. Democrats

the same. Democrats have lost. Even if they can muster up some other states to pull off

a last minute, an 11th hour redistricting, losing Virginia is a nuclear bomb.

Republicans still the opportunity in South Carolina, maybe in Mississippi, probably not in Georgia,

but South Carolina's governor has called for a special session to gain another seat. My friends,

we could be looking at a 10-seat swing. That is a 20-vote

difference moving into the midterms. Right now, based on polling in predictions, Republicans are going

to sweep. And we don't know for sure. The Democrats historically, I should say the opposition

party historically would win in a moment like this.

But their polling is miserably bad with CNN noting the congressional generic polling, meaning you just ask the country, do you want Republican, you want Democrat, should be favoring Democrats by somewhere around 10 to 15 points.
