The Yeah, so yesterday was colonoscopy day and that was a lot of fun. That's why it's no show.

And yeah, you gotta get it you got to get one and this is a follow-up one and you

got to wait for results and everything but I'll tell you one thing without getting

you into the boring details of health issues.

I get to call the day before.

They say, ooh, my appointment was at 2.30.

So that means you had to be in at 2.30.

So that means you had to be in at 1.30

and you had to stop eating the day before.

So I was just eating.

The only thing I had to eat was two Italian ices,

two lemon Italian ices.

Because you can't eat anything red or you can't eat any good

flavors. You can't even eat green. All you can eat is yellow and clear and

all you can drink is yellow and clear. So I had a little bit of grape juice, a bunch of that poison they give

you to rotary out and a couple of Italian ices. And I couldn't bring, I had to go on a liquid diet last year for three or four days and I drank the broth and I thought oh broth and I back then I was like broth this, this tastes good, good chicken noodle soup, broth.

By the day two and a half, I was like, I never want to have broth again.

I don't even want to smell chicken soup again.

I don't want to have anything to do with this.

So I bought the chicken broth and I did not

crack it open. Just like now not gonna do it. The thought of it was a little bit

gag and inducing a little gag reflex happening.
