And I think that this is the kind of conversation that we have to have about it.

Because we can all rattle numbers off at each other all day every day.

But I keep returning to that question, what kind of society do we want this to be?

And for me, one in which this many people die at the hands of other human beings for absolutely

no reason is unacceptable.

And I am willing to seed a tiny bit, and I think it's the tiniest bit of freedom.

If I have to wait 10 days to buy a gun instead of three, yes.

Yes, I will seed that freedom if it makes anybody even marginally safer.
