Because it's a federal agent operating under federal law, it would go to a federal court.

The state is being cut out of the process.

And the feds are basically saying this lady was anti-Trump, was trained to obstruct ICE, was committing crimes.

And for this, it now appears there will be no criminal charges against the agent in question. I'm going to go ahead and say expectations.

I can't believe there's a political reality where this guy's not going to face some kind of charges,
