bill that we're going to be discussing today, had a different bill. And it was fairly complex. And it went through the committee process. And by the time it got to the House floor,

it required six friendly floor amendments. So let me explain what that means very quickly.

Typically, you get all the amendments for a bill. Not every bill that's submitted is perfect.
