71-year-old Democrat Representative Debbie Dingle from Michigan has fallen asleep in a hearing

room this morning and she's just snoring away.

You ever fall asleep in a meeting?

No, not in a meeting.

No.

I mean, you know, I've come close, but I've like, you know, woke myself up.

Never full snooze, shook it off.

I mean, she is like snoring.

Her mouth is making the little movements right in front of everybody.

I had a teacher in college.

I don't even remember what the class was now, but it was like I had to take.

It was one of the classes I had to take.

And whatever the class was, I knew like, I, okay, I'm going to get an A in this class.

But you had to show up. You got in attendance. But there was nothing in the attendance requirement

said, you had to stay awake. You have to be awake. And she used to yell at me all the time. I said, lady, I'm going to get an A in this class. I have to be here. If you lift this attendance requirement, I will certainly sleep at home. But I work all night.

I work overnight. And because I'm not trying to be a leach on the taxpayers, I'm paying for

this all myself as I go. Cut me a little slack here. I'm going to take a snooze and then I'm going to get an A in this class. I'm going to show up to everything. And then she left me alone.

Were you like the girl from Ferris Bueller's Day Off who slobbered all over herself when she fell asleep?

Got a little drool on the desk. So it's like when you see things like this, you just think, wow, working in Congress or, you know, for your government, sounds like a pretty good gig.
