In neighborhoods across the country, voting has begun.

And already one thing is clear about this election, people are paying a lot more attention to where and when and how they vote.

So I just dropped off my absentee ballot here at James Madison Park.

In Madison, Wisconsin, there are poll workers in the parks.

It's a really cool concept that you can go to any park in the neighborhood and vote.

So we pop by on our bike.

It's something that I need to do because it's important and I wanted to show up for myself and other people.

This is my first time voting. I've been here for 20 years.

I wasn't able to vote and because I became a citizen now, I can vote.

I want to have a voice, so this is my way to say I'm planting my small seed in there.

Even a pandemic can't stop democracy.

But this is definitely a whole different kind of election, for a lot of reasons.
