an Afrikaner journalism professor whose new piece is headlined Trump's fake refugees,

and we'll speak with a black South African political analyst about race, power, and the politics

of distraction. Then Palestinians mark the 77th

anniversary of the Nakhba, when some 700,000 Palestinians fled from or were violently expelled

from their homes, as Israel also carried out massacres upon its founding.

meets the legal threshold of apartheid. And as Israel's brutal assault
