Elon Musk, keep your hands off of Social Security.

Martin O'Malley, the former head of the Social Security Administration,

issued a dire warning that Social Security could collapse due to sweeping cuts by the Trump administration.

O'Malley will join us to talk about why he fears millions of Social Security recipients could soon lose their benefits or rather see them interrupted.

Then to Pulitzer Prize winning historian and Yale Professor Greg Brandon,

author of the new book, America, America, a new history of the new world.

Latin America is famous for its torture, for its dictatorships, its death squads,

its disappearances, but alongside that history runs a deep, deep current of humanism, of a kind of

commitment to universal democracy. That's quite amazing. And you think about it, what do you

think about the social movements that just keep fighting? You know, if democracy is measured by

courage, I'd say that Latin America might be the most democratic region in the world today.

We'll speak with Professor Grandin about his book,

the U.S. sending immigrants to a notorious mega-prison in El Salvador,

the death of the first Latin American pope, and more.
