The U.S. deported 137 Venezuelan immigrants to El Salvador after President Trump invoked the Alien

Enemies Act of 1798. A judge ordered the deportation flights to turn around, but the Trump

administration ignored the order. We'll speak with legal warrant of the ACLU, which sued Trump. But first, we look at Trump's

attack on the rule of law and his speech Friday at the Justice Department, where he threatened

to target his political enemies, naming names. We'll speak to Maryland Democratic Congress member, Jamie Raskin, a former

constitutional law professor. No other president in American history has stood at the Department

of Justice to proclaim an agenda of criminal prosecution and retaliation against his political foes.

Plus, we look at why some Democrats are calling on Chuck Schumer to step down at the top Democrat in the Senate

after he voted with Republicans to avert a government shutdown.
