On Wednesday, Trump suffered a setback as the Supreme Court rejected his bid to freeze $2 billion in foreign aid.

We'll speak to a lawyer from public citizen and the head of the AIDS vaccine advocacy coalition, which sued Trump.

We found internal memos that were detailing the millions of lives that were at stake and the
