This comes as Israeli TV airs shocking video of Israeli soldiers sexually abusing a Palestinian

prisoner at an army base that's been compared to Guantanamo. We'll get the

latest. Then to Sudan.

Given the massive hunger crisis and folding and not a war and other parts of the country,

After 15 months of civil war in Sudan, the UN is warning over a dozen more areas of Sudan or at risk of famine. But first to
