This expedition request is for espionage, which is a political offense and that's prohibited

by the terms of the treaty.

So the very treaty that provides the basis for this expedition request prohibits the kind of

request that's been made for Julian.

A critical hearing at the British High Court in the extradition case of imprisoned WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange

wraps up in London.

We'll speak with Assange's lawyer Jennifer Robinson and with Alan Rusperger, the former editor of the Guardian newspaper, which worked with WikiLeaks

to expose US war crimes in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Then Haitian asylum seekers go to court over abuse by federal agents of the US-Mexico border.

So the whole lawsuit is really in solidarity of the people who came and asked for safety.

The people that the administration have decided to disappear by expelling and

supporting them, by salencing their voices and their stories.
