West African leaders from ECOWAS are holding an emergency summit today to determine their

next steps after a deadline past Sunday to restore Niger's ousted president.

ECOWAS is backed by the United States and former colonizer France.

ECOWAS had threatened to use military force if its deadline was not met.

where 15 U.S. nuclear bombs are stockpiled for NATO's so-called nuclear sharing program.
