Hello, protectors of the Ohio Constitution.

Hello, freedom fighters.

Can you do it?

Voters in Ohio have overwhelmingly rejected

a Republican-backed effort to make it harder to amend the state constitution

ahead of a November ballot initiative to enshrine abortion rights in the Constitution.

We'll go to Ohio, then to Detroit, to talk to a woman who was falsely arrested and jailed

while eight months pregnant due to faulty facial recognition software.

Portia Woodruff is the first woman and at least the sixth person to report

being falsely accused of a crime as a result of AI facial recognition.

All six people have been black.

Then to Mississippi, where six white former police officers who called themselves

the Goon Squad have pleaded guilty to raiding a home and torturing two black men.

But not only does a brazenly committed act, but after a flicking serious bodily injury

by firing a shot through one of the victim's mouths, they left him lying in a pool of blood.

Gathered on the porch of the house to discuss how to cover it up.

We'll speak to the two men who survived this horrific police assault.
