Just three weeks ago, the Oklahoma Attorney General asked a court to vacate Richard Glossett's

conviction and death sentence because he could no longer stand by the case.

Yesterday, the same attorney general urged the pardon and parole board to vote for clemency

and stop his upcoming execution.

But despite all of this, Glossett is scheduled to die in a few weeks for a crime he's always

insisted and the evidence shows that he didn't commit.

Is Oklahoma preparing to execute an innocent man?

We'll look at the case of Richard Glossett.
