At least 38 migrants, killed in a Mexican immigration detention jail near the U.S. border, have

died in a fire.

After guards refused to help the men trapped inside.

As a bipartisan group of lawmakers moved to ban the Chinese-owned social media app, some

lawmakers are pushing back.

We can keep TikTok, we can protect freedom of speech and we can deal with the privacy

concerns at the same time.

We could do both and right now we're not trying to do both.
