0:32.8	protesters and organizers and I'll tell you that it was go fast and go fast.

0:42.7	taking it slower and it has been really rejuvenating to like checking with myself to get
0:48.1	re-centered so that I can ramp back up.
0:51.0	So go slow to go fast is a piece of advice that like seems really simple but much harder
