we are joined by the Instagram sensation, Demi Rose. She talks about everything from growing

up in Birmingham to having over 12 and a half million Instagram followers, using meditation

to help with grief and the secrets behind her incredible body. And I was just hurting so deeply

inside and I would look at a salad, like a salmon salad and I literally cry, I just

like wanting to really waste away into nothing and yeah, it was a really sad point.

I feel like we've got to get what's just happened. We have been in this room for like 20 minutes,

but fire alarms gone off. We've gone out twice. We're here now, it's happening but we did just go out

and our dress and gowns didn't work, given some of the Manchester locals some heart attacks from

your end especially. At least we were cozy. We were cozy and cozy and cute. Now we wanted to get

you onto the podcast today because you are such a huge social media sensation and model and I feel

like a lot of people might think they know you from Instagram but I think there's a lot more

that we can talk about today. So it's going to be interesting. So your lifestyle looks pretty

wild. Looking at your Instagram, you travel all over the world, you're always in different

countries but you're actually originally from Birmingham. Tell me a little bit about your upbringing,

where you're from. People might be surprised if they don't know you're actually from Birmingham.

From a place called Sutton Colfield, it's quite quiet. I've got some best friends from there and we

all keep close together and still very connected and just like to travel from there really. I was

living in London for like a year and a half and I loved it but now I'm looking probably to go to LA

because I'm going to work in some. Exciting. So yeah, I need some sun at least. Always needs to
