Summary

Dave Rubin of "The Rubin Report" talks to Karol Markowicz, John Cardillo, and David Reaboi about the disastrous Democrat debate performances this past week that may guarantee a red wave in the 2022 midterms. They discuss Ron DeSantis' fiery response to Charlie Crist's laughable claim that DeSantis supported lockdowns; Lee Zeldin pointing out why Kathy Hochul seems incapable of answering the question "why is everyone leaving New York?"; Tudor Dixon reminding Michigan voters why Gretchen Whitmer's policies caused so many nursing home deaths; Mehmet Oz's perfect analysis of how radical John Fetterman's policies really are; why inflation and high gas prices are the main motivating factor in independent voters voting choice; and much more.

He's just a suit with kind of nothing in it. And it was, I would say, indicative of what happened

1:05.7

in all of the debates over this week. There was obviously the Michigan debate.

1:10.3

There was Pennsylvania debate. There were a couple other debates and none of them, the New York

1:14.4

debate, and none of them really went well for the Democrats. So that's what we're going to talk about

to you guys about real estate agents. I trust you guys know that buying or selling a home is already

1:32.3

one of the most stressful things you can do. And it can be 10 times worse if you're not working

1:36.5

with the right agent. Usually our homes are our biggest investment, which is a ton of responsibility.

1:41.6

And you need an agent who takes that seriously, which is why I recommend real estate agents. I trust.

1:47.6

They work with only the best agents in every market. They do their homework talking to every agent

before inviting them to join their network. And here's a big one. They only work with full-time

pros, no part time or inexperienced agents. Their team makes the introduction and then follows you
