Allen of Delphi, Indiana was formally arrested and charged for the murders of Liberty “Libby” German and Abigail “Abby” Williams. Following the arrest, an announcement was made that the Probable Cause Affidavit requesting that Judge Diener sign off on Allen’s arrest would be sealed. Late last month a redacted version of this 8 page document was released to the media and public. Here in the Garage we have kept a close eye on this case and have been asked to give our thoughts on what we are seeing and what we are not seeing in this document. Five weeks ago, today we sat down and delivered an on-the-fly update on the Delphi murder

That was when Indiana State Police Superintendent Doug Carter, Carol County Sheriff, Tobles and

B, who is now the outgoing sheriff, and Carol County prosecutor Nicholas McLean had a scheduled
