Matthew chapter 21 and verse 12. Matthew 21 and verse 12. It talks about the temple of God that was cleansed by Jesus verses 12 all the way down. and behind me you will see an image right now of how

the temple looked during the times of Jesus temple set on the mountain Zion which covered about 30

acres of land temple building made really had two big parts one of them was the holy of holies

then there was the holy place and then there was the court of Israelites

then there was the cord of women and then there was the one more cord it was called the court of gentiles

after a while this temple the temple the herod built had the court of gentiles. The reason why they had the court of Gentiles

was because the temple of God was supposed to be a temple of prayer for all nations. Even in that time,

it was welcoming all nations. At this Gentiles court, priests, what they would do is they would

start setting up booths, bizarre, and like a

flea market where people can buy lambs, buy doves, exchange money, and they pretty much

churn it into a merchandise place. They would lease different parcels on this temple territory that Gentiles had access to.

And literally they created a commotion there.

The Lord Jesus Christ comes into that part of the temple, not to the Holy of Holies, not to the Holy Place, not to the court of Israelites or court of women.

He comes into the court of the Gentiles, the furthest part of the temple.

The temple that has people that are marginalized,

temple that has only people that are honestly kind of castaways,

but they still have access to the temple.

And he begins to turn away the tables.

He begins to drive away the merchants. and he begins to cleanse the temple.

This is exactly what deliverance is.
