Welcome to our Rosary meditation.

Let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Let's call to mind all those we've promised to pray for,

especially the healing of Olivia and Margot through the intercession of

blessed Pauline Jericho. We've been meditated on the fact that we can change our

feelings and overcome temptations and grow in virtue.

And in this process of healing our soul, it's essential to understand the 11 fundamental feelings or passions.

Yesterday, we reflected on the passion of sorrow. Today, the passion of delight. The most important passion or feeling of

all is the feeling of delight. Delight is in its most simple description feeling good. This is the

feeling we all want. It's the feeling we naturally and properly pursue.

But obviously, we can't just do whatever makes us feel good.

Drunkenness and posting a nasty comment online or oversleeping might all feel good, but those aren't

actually good decisions.

To feel good

means understanding what delight means and what goodness means.

And then we can try to organize our feelings and our behavior accordingly.

Our Father who art in heaven, hallow would be your name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

Give us this day, our daily bread bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who

trespass against us and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil, amen.
