That's right.

So I will get the Frank admission up front here.

It is weird to be a Libertarian during a pitched partisan slash journalistic battle between

entrenched political camps when people are suddenly up in arms over a seemingly random

topic and nearly 100% sorted by their political affiliation can be a little bit hard to

sort through the truth and hold on to our own sense of perspective.

It has been over the past month of multi outlet journalistic attacks on the alleged conflicts

of interest among the conservative jurists on the United States Supreme Court.

We already talked about the first tranche, tranche focused mostly on Clarence Thomas' relationship

with a conservative donor, Harlan Crow, in our April 17th podcast at which Catherine

was notably absent.

There has been an I recused myself due to conflicts of interest.

That's good.

There's been because you just love statues of solid or something is that she was in her

freedom garden of evil and robots in the interim two weeks, I guess three weeks.
