a $3 billion deal amid the live merger talks. What does that mean for the PGA? And then does

the merger still goes through? So it's a strategic sports group which owns the Red Sox, the Penguins, Liverpool.

It's a big time deal.

Three billion dollars of just infusion into the PGA.

It's kind of the first step of what eventually will become a merger.

It's going to take a couple of years.
