We have to recognize, folks, that the victim cannot speak for itself. The child cannot speak for themselves and too often I'm not sure how to take it for granted.

We have to remember that there are most precious resource. This is one that touched all our hearts and I am beating.

We've spent no resources. We put our mobile command posts in the field. You even saw our young recruit classes out there looking for evidence.

You saw our clergy marching marching for justice. When you made it very clear, this would not be up or read our screen.

So if you come here today to say that justice will be served, we say that justice will be served for this child.

We'll take the prosecutor again for the efforts, but the attorney continues. We have other children out there who will be in a soda in our community.

And we have the police department stand with the community and the prosecutors office will bring those in justice as well. Thank you.

Tonight I'll be covering the disappearance of six-week-old Delano Wilson from Indianapolis, Indiana.

Tanisha Perkins gave birth to Delano on July 15, 2014.

Leading up to Delano's disappearance, he was living with his parents Tanisha and Willie, his maternal grandmother Trina, and Tanisha's brother Romell.

At 12.02pm on August 27, 2014, the following call was made to 911 by Delano's father, Willie Wilson.

911 with the location of your emergency.
