I care about housing.

Saw this amazing chart here, this 268% inventory surge across Florida and Texas, so that's the south, which maps to this one.

It is kind of a southern thing, but housing seems to be really rolling over, maybe not surprising given, well, what's a 30-year mortgage now?

A lot higher than it was a couple of years ago.
