Have you ever noticed how a balloon behaves when it's inflated?

It expands, right? But not indefinitely.

I mean, at some point, it reaches its limit and has to stop inflating.

And similarly, our lives have boundaries.

Times when we just have to say, you know, enough, it's time to pause

and breathe. Did you know the average person takes around 23,000 breaths a day? And yet so many of

those breaths go unnoticed.

So I want to continue with this balloon analogy.

Imagine you are that balloon. Life fills you up with

responsibilities and to-does and emotional baggage, essentially inflating you. But just like that

Do you know when to stop and simply breathe?

You see, the beautiful thing about our breath is that it's a built-in mechanism to help us understand those boundaries. When we're stressed, our breathing becomes shallow and fast, and when we're relaxed, it's deep and slow. Our breath, in a way,

is a gauge. It's a barometer for our emotional and mental state. And for me, I find that amazing.

How often do you take the time to actually listen to your breath? To feel it, go in through your

nostrils, fill your lungs, and then flow out as effortlessly as it came in.
