But no, it's been good fun something different um to get my teeth stuck into really a regional business development director director yeah yeah my wife

took uh mickey about me saying fair play i don't know how you got our first role uh yeah no i've been

enjoying it uh marteckinson from gloucester, he fronts the side from England. So, yeah, still

quite a better rugby relation within it. So it's good, good fun. Well, you're not the only new

director that's been appointed this week, and that's where we're going to start with the interim

director of rugby, Nigel Davis, returning to the Scarlets, a team he previously coached between

2008 and 2012.

And this sees a real restructure in their rugby department.

Lee Jones was a performance director.

He's left after just one year.
