And it wasn't until I got the cancer to realize, wait a second.

Because I don't know, it probably wouldn't have stopped it, but had I gotten checkups, had I gotten to a point where before it was visible to me, then we probably wouldn't have been in such a precarious position.

It wouldn't have grown to the size it was, but I took my fingers on the pulse. And so I look at

things and say, how many of us are taking the fingers off the pulse of our, of our relationships,

of our health, or our wealth, or one of those, you know, our spirituality, our emotional well-being,

our leadership skills. And it sounds like a lot, but if you truly want to

show up, we can't just be great in one aspect because then we end up, like I ended up, I feel

like I've been given a gift that this didn't penetrate the wall, it didn't spread. And it's allowed

me to sit back and say, let's make sure that isn't about balance that we get

harmony in our life to do things in a way that there is harmony, that we do things that feed

each other and we do it consciously. We do it with intent and intentionally and we don't just

go along for the ride.
