I remember when I first questioned the word adventure and what it meant to different people.

I was standing about waste deep and muddy water, trying to push a vehicle out that we had gotten stuck on a multi-day vehicle test for a magazine.

On that trip things did not go according to plan.

But to me a plan was nothing more than an idea of how something could happen with little regard to the random things that are thrown into each day for us.

Besides, that was it. It was the challenge, The challenge that went overcome as the seed for a great story.

But when I looked around that day, I realized that I was the only one having fun.
