My guest today is James Lawrence the Iron Cowboy who was well known for completing the 50-50-50,

Netflix did a documentary about it, also called The Iron Cowboy, and it's an incredible feat of

human endurance.

One of my favorite moments of this interview is when James talks about the rebirth moment.

For him it happened on day 30 of his challenge and he had reached what he thought was his physical limit.

He was laying there on the side of the road, crying, he was depressed,

and experiencing the worst of human emotions.

And it was during this period of self-reflection that he realized that he could only control his thoughts.
