And I was thinking as you were talking, one of the biggest issues that Ann Taylor has,

not only is she going to complain about what has gone on.

But remember, she's complaining to a judge Hipler here in Idaho, in Idaho about what a judge,

about a mistake a judge made by issuing a warrant that wasn't supported by probable

cause, you know, two years ago in Pennsylvania, you know, and what judge is going to now,

in hindsight, rule that what a judge was presented with, you know, earlier was actually wrong and should not have been

approved. That's another thing that a facet of this is that she has to try to climb that hill.

I don't think she can do it. I don't think that judge now is going to say this late date.

Oh, no, that judge, you know, two years ago. Oh, no, he, he didn't, he or she didn't know what they

were talking about. The, the police did not have anything close to probable cause that he should,

he or she should never have issued that warrant in the first place. This judge is not going to do

that to tell another judge, you were wrong two years ago.

First of all, that's not in his purview.

That's for an appeals court.

He's not going to rule on what another judge, a warrant, another judge issued.

That's all well and good.

If that wants, if after the trial, if they want to challenge that, that will go to an appeals

court.

But certainly, Judge Hipler from Boise, Idaho, where this case was just moved to, he's not, and
