So many of you guys who have come out from different parts of the globe for me to do neuropsychivalves or consultations.

It's truly humbling.

Julie and I are

really grateful for you guys allowing us into your homes and into your lives and

hopefully we are making a positive impact in the field of mental health. So I'm doing this

episode earlier today because going out with the kids for Julie's birthday,

which was earlier in the week.

So as you know, I do for you guys who follow this program, I do it very organically.

And this topic kind of popped in my mind because our office is located right in the water

in Duxbury.

And our AC has been off.

And it has been incredibly hot.

So in my office, they finally installed a portable AC.

The AC is now fixed.

But as the guy had some time, as the guy was installing it, I was looking at one of the bookshelves in my office.

And I just glanced over.

I see all the time.

But I saw a book that I had to read in graduate school,

which was the discovery of the unconscious. It was probably about like 2,500 pages long. And I started
