0:06.0	We've been watching closing arguments in the trial in the killing of a mod Arbery, a racially charged case from the very beginning.
0:14.0	Prosecutors say three white men targeted Arbery who was jogging because he was black.
0:20.0	Defense attorneys argue the shooting was an act of self-defense as the men tried to make a citizens arrest.
0:27.0	Soon 11 white jurors and one black juror must decide.
0:32.0	If somebody abandons a criminal enterprise, then they cannot be held criminally responsible for it.
0:42.0	Maybe you believe that Mr. Ryan was attempting to imprison falsely imprison Mr. Arbery.

0:58.0	But this is a defense and it is the burden of the state to disprove that defense beyond a reasonable doubt.

1:12.0	how could anyone say beyond a reasonable doubt that Mr. Brian having turned away that he didn't come back for the right reasons?
1:24.0	How can one say that he's lied on February 23rd when he says he was trying to get a recording of Mr. Arbery that he was trying to document what was going on?
1:36.0	Because he thought Mr. Arbery was going to get away and he wanted the police to have that information.
1:41.0	Those aren't my words, those are his words, way back moments after the shooting.
1:47.0	Now, having seen that Mr. Brian was going away and then turned around and put the video back up, how is that not a reasonable doubt in this case?
2:03.0	Now, I don't know what Mr. Nakowski is going to say, I'm sorry, is going to say when she gets back up here.
2:10.0	I do know that it seems like every technician in creation has been involved in this case.
2:17.0	Drone, this, footage that, filter this, enhance that.
2:22.0	We got 20 million frames every second of the footage in this case.
2:27.0	But how, in the course of all that work, does someone who's practically computer illiterate figure out that they have this case all wrong?
2:39.0	How is that possible? And how do you know that?
