fest, extravaganza, Greg Braggs was the first guy in there today,

lined up at the gate. What time were you there? 7 a.m. 730? What was it? About 930 or so.

Nothing crazy. Were you the first one in the building? No, but we tried. Gates opened at 10.

It was a nice time. You know, Family Fest for me is one of my favorite days of the year because I do bring my family, even though we still have a job to do in covering the team and stuff. But I brought my mom and my daughter and my wife and, you know, to be able to bring my seven-year-old to the stadium and show her, you know, what it's all about to be a Bears fan. You know, I don't get to go to as many games anymore and things like that. So to be able to take her to Soldier Field and kind of take that in with her was a lot of fun. It's one of those rare opportunities you can bring a kid to an environment like that where it's not as crazy as a game day. Yeah, it was a ton of fun out there today. but it was just fun to be at Soldier Field today. The energy was so much different. It was great

to be in the city, and yeah, the bear should stay in the city. But that's not why you're here

to start the show,

but I really enjoyed being there today. As we do in training camp, we start out with our best and worst. And as you see, we got Montes Sweat and the defense stand as our headline today. So it was

a good day for the defense, not great for the offense, at least mostly. But let's, as we did yesterday, Gregory, let me have you lead off with your best and worst. I thought you did such a good job that I would like you to go first again today. Give me your best. Give me your worst on what was a choppy day. How kind of you. That's very nice. Very gentlemanly of you on a beautiful day here in Chicago. go, yeah, obviously we're going to get into some of the offense

and didn't exactly have the Sunday that they've had here

the previous four or five days at training camp.

But that was because the defense played a really good day.
