Summary

Robert Alessi made the loathesome decision of showing the jury graphic autopsy photos of John O’Keefe’s stomach and apparently horrifies the jury. Also, Karen Read’s lawyers Elizabeth Little, Alan Jackson and David Yannetti put Karen Read’s pro-bono lawyer Robert Alessi up to the task of arguing that they are being ambushed and accuse Hank Brennan & the Commonwealth of a rule 14 violation by making a slight admendment to an expert’s presentation.
