We start in Utah. The defense for Tyler Robinson, the man accused of allegedly killing Charlie Kirk,

claims that the bullet may not match the rifle that Robinson allegedly used. Notwithstanding his DNA and his confession, we will talk about what all

this actually means. Plus, out in Hawaii, we have Gerhard Koenig, the doctor on trial for

allegedly attempting to kill his wife while they were on a hiking trail. He took the stand,

by the way, to share his side of the story. And what a story

M.K. True Crime contributor, Arthur I. Dala will join us from New York to discuss the Gilgo Beach alleged killer who is possibly going to

you and I have been talking a lot about this case, and I'm glad we get to start with

Tyler Robinson. This is the story that has the internet buzzing right now. So we have,

let me set this up. Okay, we've got the lawyers for Tyler Robinson.

As I mentioned, he's accused of the assassination of Charlie Kirk last year. His lawyers have

recently requested a six-month delay in a court hearing. It's called a preliminary or a

probable cause hearing. It was scheduled in May, and it's

for the purpose of reviewing the evidence to determine if there's enough probable cause to

proceed, but they are now suggesting that the bullet that killed Charlie Kirk did not match
