We had a dinner party and late into the night, when the alcohol had been taken, the dancer said,

who are you casting? And I said, I don't know, could be a man, could be a woman, we're just right in the audition notice.

You know, that has to be played by a trans person.

And I was well aware of what was going on, very quickly became aware that I was being ostracised from my own company.

And then you have the leaders at the top. And I think they come from the same,

they're probably a little bit older generation than me. They're a great time.

They probably feel a bit guilty, they probably did a few things they wouldn't want remembered,

or they don't want to become a hashtag.

And so they're going to keep quiet, look towards their pension, look towards hopefully an OBE,

and just try and keep their organisation afloat before they move on.

So I didn't expect to be cancelled in my own home.

I didn't, and you're nothing about intellectual property, I know everything now.

I was like, well I made it, it's mine. No, no, it's more complicated than that.

My name is Rosie K, I train from the age of three to be a dancer.

I never thought that I could do it as a job.

It just seems something so far away and spectacular.
